MODAL'S OHSAS 18001 POLICY

As Modern Aluminum Industry Co. Ltd. (MODAL) an aluminum extrusion, anodizing and powder coating company.

Modal committed to the continual improvement of its implemented Occupational Health and Safety Management system Complying with OHSAS18001system, which includes Accidents and incidents prevention to our employees , other interested parties and property with compliance to all applicable current safety and occupational health legislations , Group Standard Manual ( GSM) & other requirements.

To sustain this commitment, Modal will:

· Provide appropriate occupational health and safety training and educate our employees to be aware and responsible of OH&S management system.

· Continuously monitoring and improving our occupational health and safety performance and set any necessary occupational health &safety objectives and Targets.

· Prevent the accidents and incidents that might result from Modal's operations activities and products through applying occupational health and safety procedures.

· Allocate all necessary and available methods to prevent Occupational health Diseases and accidents.

· Revise Modal's occupational health and safety policy periodically to ensure the effectiveness of OH&S management system.

· Communicate this policy to our employees, suppliers, customers, and other interested parties.

سياسة إدارة السلامة والصحة المهنية /مودال

إن الشركة الحديثة لصناعة الألمنيوم ( مودال ) هي شركة سحب وإنتاج وطلاء مقاطع بر وفيلات الألمنيوم .

تلتزم الشركة بالتنمية المستدامة والتطوير المستمر لنظام إدارة السلامة والصحة المهنية المطبق في الشركة والخاضع لنظام OHSAS18001

والذي يتضمن الحد من الحوادث بالعمل وحماية الموظفين والممتلكات والمتعاملين مع الشركة والجهات المعنية والمطابقة للقوانين والتشريعات ونظام المجموعة الموحد والمتطلبات الأخرى القابلة للتطبيق في هذا السياق .

ولضمان ذلك نتعهد بـ:

· توفير التوعية و التدريب المناسب للرقي بأداء موظفي الشركة لأمور السلامة إلى درجة عالية من الوعي والمسؤولية.

· المراقبة والتطوير المستمرين لنظام إدارة السلامة والصحة المهنية, ووضع الأهداف والمستهدفات للسلامة والصحة المهنية .

· الحد من الحوادث والإصابات التي من الممكن حدوثها جراء أنشطة وفعاليات الشركة المختلفة وذلك من خلال تطبيق أنظمة السلامة والصحة المهنية المعمول بها بالشركة.

· توفير الوسائل المناسبة والمتاحة للحد من الحوادث وإصابات العمل والأمراض المهنية.

· المراجعة الدورية لسياسة إدارة السلامة والصحة المهنية لمواكبة تطور رؤية ورسالة الشركة.

· نشر وإيصال سياسة إدارة السلامة والصحة المهنية لموظفي وعملاء وموردي الشركة والجهات ذات العلاقة.
