In addition to the European and International “Qualicoat” and “Qualanode” Standards applied at MODAL, your orders pass through a variety of quality control tests to ensure constant layer thickness and color matching.

At MODAL, strict measures are taken to ensure that all the production processes are environmental friendly; since all MODAL profiles are free of toxic chrome. Chemical wastes are treated to offset any harmful effect. Acidic wastes are neutralized with basic wastes. Highly concentrated salty water is gathered in a large pool to be evaporated naturally, while the residual is treated and sent to special dumps. Also, other waste water is treated to be used for irrigation purposes, all measures are governed by ISO 14001 rules.
